*How do I develop and use Effective SYSTEMS for the Equipping Externally-Focused Church?
*How do I Discover, Match and Place using more than Assessments and Surveys?
*How do I Make the Right Connections in the Church AND in the Community?
*What are the Processes for Growing, Training and Sustaining EVERY person in service?
